At VJ & BB Premium Fiction, all products are digital and delivered either as downloadable EPUB files or read-only PDF content.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once a purchase is completed. This policy applies strictly to:

• Downloadable EPUB novels

• Read-only PDF stories

Once digital access is granted or a file is downloaded/delivered, the product is considered fully received.

2. Product Formats

Your purchase will be delivered in one of the following formats as specified on the product page:

• EPUB Files (Downloadable): Files are available for download after purchase and can be accessed on standard e-reader devices.

• Read-Only PDF (Non-downloadable): Content is securely accessible directly on the platform and cannot be downloaded to a local device.

3. Limited Exceptions

Refund requests will only be considered under the following strict conditions:

• You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction.

• You did not receive access to your purchased product due to a verified, unresolved technical issue on our end.

All exception requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the initial purchase.

4. Customer Responsibility

By completing a purchase on our storefront, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand the specific format of the product before checking out.

• Your device supports EPUB files (for downloadable books).

• You will not request a refund based on format preference after the purchase is finalized.
